Coach Rico and the Team at Strike Studio are awesome! From the beginner to the seasoned vet, they have a program for you that’ll keep you learning, and keep you sweating. I boxed for a good 3 years or so and in just a few sessions with Rico, he cleaned up my mistakes, always challenges me, and is supportive outside of the gym just as he is in the gym. He’s taken me to another level, and continues to push me to get better. At 53 years old, I’m in the best shape of my life.
