Were loving it for my 11 year old son. The other day he asked me if he went to a "mc-dojo" because he was watching some videos on YouTube and he found one that said be careful of mc-dojos. Once i found out what this even is I was proud to tell him that he is most certainly NOT going to a McDojo. This place is definitely official! Thank you guys for helping Darby!

I came to MMAI under Rick McCoy at just 18yo when he furst opened - a very troubled youth having missed high school entirely due to incarceration. He took me from that through the amateur ranks to becoming a professional MMA fighter to opening my own gyms and other businesses. That purpose and discipline is what got me away from a life of crime & addiction and still is largely responsible for the lifestyle and character me and my son have today. HIGHLY recommend everyone learns to at least defend themselves and this the place 👊🏻

Best MMA school in the state of Virginia. I moved to Richmond this year and one of the first things I did was join MMAI. Both me and my son train there and we have trained at various schools in virginia. I competed in MMA years back and I must say this is the best school I have ever trained at. The coaches are well experienced and very professional. I am glad my teenage son will have the experience of training at MMA Institute.
