Let me just start by saying this I started coming to that gym when I was 14 years old I am now 21 and a lot different of a human being. What I can tell you right now is a huge shout out to every single person that allows that Jim to run that Jim has saved a lot of peoples lives probably but aside from that like I said huge shout out to every single person of the staff that’s worked there man but a big shout out to my boy Ben you walk in there you can’t miss him man that guy you know great coach great coach teach you about life when he’s teaching you about boxing 10 out of 10 recommend work with him if you’re serious

If you’re looking for a gym that combines skill, professionalism, and genuine care for your progress, I highly recommend the UFC Gym.
I went in for what was supposed to be my first training session and honestly it turned into a joke. In the middle of the session the coach literally stopped everything to upsell me hand wraps… not suggest…not recommend…push! And it didn’t stop there. They directed me straight to the front desk where the staff guy insisted I pay for the wraps immediately before continuing the session… He kept pushing me to go to the locker room, grab my wallet and pay on the spot… At that point it was obvious: this wasn’t about training it was about squeezing money out of me on day one….The whole thing felt like pressure and intimidation! not a gym trying to help you get better. I grabbed my bag and walked out. First time there and absolutely the last.
My son has been coming to the gym for a couple of months from Monday through Saturday. I have nothing but respect for all the staff, they are professionals at their craft and I could have not made a better decision to put my son in this gym. I've not only seen results in what they teach him but his behavior has also improved thanks to everyone in the gym. My son will continue to attend and I might join too so I highly recommend the UFC gym to the whole community in Prince William County or who ever wants to attend.
This review will be updated if necessary. However, my experience has been great as a beginner. Coach Ed has been great with the bjj, he’s keeps me challenged and engaged. Highly recommended if you always wanted to try it out but just didn’t know how to start. I plan on taking the boxing and kickboxing classes as well. 2 month review: Boxing and Kickboxing has been great with Coach Ben and Jordan. I am down 35+ pounds. You won’t beat the membership pricing for what you get out of it!
