I love this studio! Everyone was helpful and I couldn’t help but notice how clean everything was kept. Lainee is an incredible instructor. She is at the echelon where she could easily teach in NYC or LA. Kept the energy and sweat up for sure- a great workout. Class went by so fast and I left with a smile on my face. I will certainly be back.

Love everything about Trufusion except for the front desk workers at the Bellevue location. I’ve been coming to this location for the past 3 months and I’ve noticed how unwelcoming the front desk staff, especially the manager Nicki(?), are. There have been multiple instances where they do not acknowledge me but will acknowledge a specific demographic of people only. For example, I walked in to check in and there was a man BEHIND me - they immediately acknowledged him, being super friendly and saying Goodmorning to him while completely ignoring me even when I was right in front of them. In addition, I asked to borrow a mat towel that day and the younger gal told me I didn’t have a card on file even though she had given it to me without EVER saying there’s a fee 4x prior to this date. After my class, I went up to the front desk and spoke to Nicki/the manager to clarify on whether or not there was a charge to borrow the towel. I had told her that I was confused because I was given the towels multiple times in the past and never had a card on file. She proceeded to respond with “it’s probably because you rush in, grab the towel and run away and no one wants to chase you down so they let it go”. I have no problem paying a fee to borrow a towel - her coworker would give me the towel and wouldn’t even say anything about having to pay so I wasn’t aware. She made it seem like I would grab the towel and sprint straight into the class when I always put my stuff away in the locker right next to them and they could’ve easily informed me of the charge which I would gladly pay. As the manager, she should be telling her employees to enforce policies and not blaming the customer for not knowing and assuming that I’m “running away” with it. It is really disappointing to experience this especially when I see they are super friendly to everyone else.

Trufusion is undeniably the best gym ever and it’s the only place I’d consider going for group workouts. I’ve been coming here since 2022. Boy, it got me obsessed. I can tell most of their instructors have years of experience just from taking the classes. I’m also grateful Trufusion thoughtfully hires their instructors to maintain high quality over the years, and that’s the main reason keeps me going. The gym is spotless and well organized, totally worth the price and the hype. Not to mention exercises help to stimulate serotonin for destress and many other health benefits, and a great way to define grit. I highly recommend people to come and find your edge.

This is one of the best studios I’ve been. I love the staff, the music and the environment. Boxing and Pilates are my favorites. There are many nice people in this place.
