Very unfortunate this gym isn't the gym it used to be. Legends of the fight game used to grace the mats. Now since the merge to CCC it's basically over. If you're a fighter looking to train under Hume it's probably not gonna happen. The glory days are sadly gone. P.S. Team Wise Training Center is my new home.
Unparalleled boxing classes with excellent instruction. Gym is a little dirty, and there is merit to others negative comments about bully coaches and cliques, But still the best place around for mma training.
This gym is a great place to have fun, get into shape, and learn the basics of the various martial arts that are taught here. However if you are looking for something more serious then don’t waste your time. There are no avenues for competition at this gym. Also sparring is only done once a week and it’s not very good sparring either. If you have any interest in boxing whatsoever then steer clear of AMC as well. They have no speed bag, double end bag, slip bag, etc. The gym is geared toward kickboxing and grappling more so just MMA in general.
AMC is a awsome gym it’s onlg been a week for me and I’m already in love, I’ve learned so much and made new freinds, the coaches are super helpful and freindly.
If you're serious about MMA or fitness or really anything regarding (and guarding) your body, this is the place to go. Top class people. Top class cleanliness.
