I trained at Title for about a year before coming here, and the difference in the level of instruction has been huge. This gym places a real emphasis on technique, which is exactly what I was looking for. I have learned so much here, especially in terms of fundamentals, form, and the small technical details that make such a big difference in training. The coaching is thoughtful, technical, and intentional. I take Coach Tyler’s Muay Thai Fundamentals and Kickboxing Fundamentals classes, Coach Chris’s Intermediate Boxing, and Coach Justin’s Intermediate Muay Thai, and each class has helped me improve in different ways. It is clear that the focus is not just on getting through a workout, but on actually helping people build skill and become better technical fighters. I think that is a big part of why so many fighters train here and why so many people at this gym either actively compete or are interested in competing. There is a real focus on developing strong fundamentals and technical skill in a way that prepares people to grow, whether they are here for fitness or for competition. You can see that reflected in competition too. In amateur fights, Kaiju fighters consistently stand out, and more often than not, they are the ones getting their hand raised. Another thing I really appreciate is the environment. Everyone here is kind, welcoming, and supportive. People take training seriously, but they are also there to help you learn. It is a great atmosphere to grow in, especially if you are trying to improve and build confidence. Since joining, I have made this part of my routine and now come here three times a week after work. It has easily become one of the best parts of my week. If you are looking for a gym that prioritizes technique, quality coaching, and a supportive environment, I highly recommend training here. One thing I will give Title credit for is the mirror. It was great for the occasional post-workout selfie. That said, after training here, I can see why the focus is less on mirrors and more on what you are actually learning. There is probably a reason the only mirror here is in the restroom.

I had a great experience at Kaiju Gym. From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and friendly, which made it easy to feel comfortable right away. The gym itself is super clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciate. The level of technique being taught is solid, and you can tell there’s a strong focus on helping everyone improve, no matter their skill level. Coach Joe Rangel stood out in particular—he’s very approachable and takes the time to answer questions without rushing you. His explanations are clear and detailed, which made a big difference in understanding the techniques. It was also nice sitting after class to chat and getting to know him Overall, an awesome environment to train in. Highly recommend Kaiju Gym to anyone looking to learn and improve their jiu-jitsu.

We’ve had such a great experience at Kaju Kickboxing! What really stands out is that this is a truly authentic fight training gym—not just a workout class, but real skill-building with knowledgeable coaches. Each coach is genuinely invested in their students and takes the time to help them grow, which makes a huge difference. The environment feels supportive, disciplined, and welcoming all at once. I also really appreciate how fair the pricing is, especially for families. It makes it much more accessible to stay consistent. My daughter looks forward to going every week, which says everything. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality training and a great community!

I live in NY and usually train at Two Bridges Muay Thai, but I have family in Seattle and was looking for a place to train while I’m in town and I’m really glad I found this spot. Everyone was super welcoming and informative, and the overall vibe of the gym was great. People were open to visitors and genuinely friendly. The space is clean, the equipment is solid, and the intermediate Muay Thai class with Tyler had a creative flow and some really helpful tips—I even picked up a few new moves. The only tricky part was finding the entrance—it's in the upstairs unit.

My 8-year-old son goes to Kaiju Kickboxing and MMA, and we are very happy with this place! The coaches are very kind, patient, and professional. They really care about the kids and help them learn discipline, respect, and confidence. My son is always excited to go to class. He is learning great skills and having fun at the same time. I can see his improvement every week. 🙏🏼 Thank you to all the team at Kaiju for the amazing work you do. I really recommend this gym for other families!
