My son has been at Team Wise for a little over a year, and I can’t believe how much he’s grown — not only in jiu-jitsu, but in character as well. He’s learned the value of hard work, discipline, respect, perseverance, leadership and how to support his teammates. I’ve also loved seeing him step up to help newer kids and become a leader in his own way. Coach Aric truly cares about these kids and is incredibly dedicated to helping them grow. The community at this gym is amazing too — the parents have become friends, and we’re so thankful we didn’t settle for the first gym we tried. Team Wise ended up being exactly what we were hoping to find.
We came to this gym searching for discipline, structure, and a strong work ethic, and it has exceeded our expectations. My boys are thriving here and genuinely look forward to every training session. Coach teaches with passion and a lifetime of knowledge, creating an environment where kids can grow both in skill and character. I’m truly thankful for everything this experience is doing for them.
I have been training at this gym for many years. Great coaching, and partners. I have nothing but positive things to say. Now that my son is old enough, I have enrolled him in into kids class. He is thriving in the environment and I plan to enroll my other kids when they are old enough. I really like how they balance the structured and disciplined environment while making it fun for the kids.
I've been a member of this gym for 5 years and I have never felt more welcomed and supported in a community before like I have at Team Wise. Coach Wise is the most amazing and supportive coach I have ever had, he is willing to bend over backwards to help you be the best you can be. There is such a wide variety of options to participate in at the gym such as a HIIT/CrossFit guided workout class, youth BJJ, adult BJJ, striking/kickboxing, and wrestling classes for all levels of skill. The gym is also open for general working out not just during the class and access to top-tier workout equipment and a dry sauna. It is also open on Saturdays for specialized individual training at no additional cost with Coach Sedy. The community at this gym is like no other; everyone is so supportive and kind. Coaches at this gym help students because top tier athletes who are super successful. Coach also hosts amateur fights for all levels and types of martial arts so up-incoming athletes have a chance to get their name out there. Overall Team Wise Training Center is the most amazing, supportive, kind, and welcoming community you'll find in the greater Seattle area.
Training here has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. The coaches are knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely care about helping everyone improve, no matter your experience level. The atmosphere is welcoming, respectful, and pushes you to become better both on and off the mats. Whether it’s Jiu Jitsu or MMA, the training is high level, the teammates are solid, and every session leaves you learning something new. Grateful to be part of such a hardworking and supportive team.
