I was never into bags… until I met this one. I came to this studio during a really dark time, right in the middle of an emotional breakdown — and it ended up being the best decision. Now I hit the bag multiple times a week, and honestly, it’s my best addiction. Just me, my gloves, and the bag — taking all my stress, bad moods, and questionable life decisions. After every session, I leave feeling like a better version of myself. Shoutout to Kat, Nathalie, Anthony, and Junior — each coach is amazing in their own way. I’m truly grateful. 10/10.
Coach Junior was amazing! I’ve know Junior since high school, and he’s always been a wonderful good solid dude! I’ve been interested in boxing and reconnected with Junior and he got me to come in for my free class!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Definitely needed this free session and will be returning and also want to bring all my friends and family!! LOVED IT. Went at my own pace, had the support and the people around me were super kind and welcoming as well for me being new and a beginner!! Thank you everyone as well! Kat was wonderful too and helped me get settled in and learn some basics before class! Thank you all!
They are friendly and encouraging. They help with form, while simultaneously not feeling critical. Very diverse group, in size, gender, ethnicity. The 8 boxing rounds (bookended by a fighting bell, very good detail) absolutely fly by! I usually hate working out. But at Title, the coaches keep me in the moment, thinking about my next move. Thank you, Title and all the coaches I’ve had so far, Nathalie, Kat, and Junior, plus the amazing front desk staff. At 45 years old, I’ve finally found my perfect workout!
This is a high-energy, engaging boxing studio with a positive, welcoming vibe. The classes are intense and fun, but if you’re new to boxing, it can take a little time to get used to the pace and flow. My favorite classes are with Coach Kat and Coach Anthony — Kat is motivating, clear, attentive, and brings great energy every time. Anthony is great at explaining techniques and always goes around checking everyone’s form which I appreciate! All of the staff and instructors are friendly, approachable, and genuinely receptive to feedback. It’s a welcoming space. A couple things to keep in mind: class cancellation requires 24 hour notice, which is stricter than some other studios that allow up to 12 hours, so if you have a busy or unpredictable schedule, that’s worth noting. Also, there isn’t much built-in time for stretching at the start of class, so I’d recommend arriving early to stretch before the rounds begin. Overall, it’s a great place to get a solid workout in!
I have bruxism, and after a few weeks training at Title Boxing in Lynnwood, it completely went away. It’s been amazing for stress relief! If you’re going for the free class, make sure you take it with Coach Robert. He’s an incredible coach, super motivating, and after just one class, you won’t want to stop.
