I needed to renew my MUV membership today, and download the app onto my phone. Of course, I struggled a little with downloading the app. Isaiah, at the front desk, was so gracious and stuck with me through the process and continued to offer his help. Isaiah and Andrew at the north MUV Fitness have the best customer service that I have experienced in years. They were so helpful and kind throughout the whole process. They helped my husband with a technology renewal glitch earlier in the week, and he was so relieved and grateful for their assistance. Thank you Isaiah and Andrew!!

My best friend and I have been going here for 6 years and it has been great! Lovely staff, always helpful and it’s great environment to work out in! Definitely recommend :)

I’ve been going to MUV Fitness for a month now, and overall I’ve had a really positive experience. The facility is always clean, the equipment is well-maintained, and there’s a good variety of machines and free weights. One thing that really stands out is the front desk staff. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with a smile and a genuine welcome!

I’ve been a member of MUV Fitness for over 10 years, and it continues to be a great gym. There’s a wide variety of equipment available, so no matter what kind of workout you’re doing, you’ll have what you need. The gym is well-maintained and has plenty of space, even during busy hours. One of my favorite amenities is the HydroMassage—it’s a great way to recover after a tough workout. I also want to give a shout-out to Persaya, who was very helpful and made the experience even better. Overall, MUV Fitness is a solid gym with great equipment and staff.

Customer service was amazing. I got help when needed and was never left waiting. I loved this gym and how inviting and kind everyone was. Super easy to workout and not super crowded. The experience and atmosphere was the best in a gym ive ever been too.
