This gym is a very family oriented martial arts gym. The instructors are the best here and they will help you with your techniques, cardio, and discipline. The only Kun Khmer gym in Washington State.

My son and I went to one class. It is a great place! They made us feel very welcomed. The day we went the son of the Master trained us. He is very talented and dedicate. I was a little annoyed with the no structure part. But having a son who is around the same age. I understand. Love to see young people take leadership roles. It just wasn't a good fit for my son. He wanted to continue Taekwondo instead. But if you're looking to Muy Tai! I would recommend this place.

This a very good gym. I went there to take a trial class and I had a blast. Unfortunately my shoulder is mess up but once is fix I will be back. It is a underground fight gym like most of boxing gyms. If you are looking for a chain gym like UFC don't go there. I liked the instructors and they were helpful.
