I walked into Onelife Fitness center at Martinsburg just to look around but the way the assistant manager ( JAY ALSOPP) received me and my husband, I was so impressed that I immediately signed up to become a member of the center. Mr Jay ALSOPP is the best assistant manager I have met in a very long time as far as public relations is concerned. I hope the management of Onelife Fitness recognizes his worth.
Anyone who moves to Martinsburg looking for a new gym- I highly recommend signing up for this place! The atmostphere is amazing, the people who come to the gym are also very sweet! The equipment was also top tier! They have everything! The staff are amazing! They make you feel like family! If you are looking for a gym with amazing gym culture, this place is for you!
Overall, a great gym. The staff seems very nice and they do a great job maintaining the cleanliness which I appreciate. my biggest complaint is the spray bottle and paper towel method of sanitizing the machines. They need to upgrade like the rest of the gyms in the area who use the disposable wipes. Half the time the bottles aren’t working and they leak sanitizer solution all over you and it just really grinds my gears.
I’ve been going to Onelife Fitness and overall it’s a great gym. The facility is huge, with plenty of space and a wide variety of equipment. Everything is clean, well-maintained, and feels fairly new, which makes for a great workout environment. The sauna is also a big plus—it gets properly hot and is a great way to relax after a workout. My only complaint is the hours, especially on weekends. For the price, I do wish they stayed open longer or were a 24-hour gym. Aside from that, it’s a solid gym and definitely worth checking out.
I highly recommend this gym in Martinsburg. Mr. Wes and his team consistently provide an exceptional experience and truly operate a five-star facility. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a friendly and welcoming front desk staff member who always has a smile and makes everyone feel comfortable. The entire facility is well-maintained, with top-quality equipment, clean bathrooms, and an overall atmosphere that reflects professionalism and care. One standout feature is the pool area. The staff member responsible for maintaining the pool does an outstanding job keeping both the saltwater pool and hot tub crystal clear. The saltwater pool is gentle on the skin, and the water temperature is always perfectly maintained. After a workout or time in the sauna, relaxing in the hot tub is the perfect way to finish the day. What truly sets this gym apart is how the staff treat members—with respect, attentiveness, and genuine care. They are always willing to answer questions and make sure everyone feels valued. Thank you to Mr. Wes and the entire team for creating such a positive and welcoming environment. Please keep up the great work!
