Getting back into training after 20 plus years feels amazing!! I attend Tuesday, with Coach Amish!! Amazing coach with tons of patience and amazing skill!! I also take classes with Coach Julie when I can! She’s an amazing Instructor!! Never ever thought I’d run laps again but she has me doing it!! Amazing class with talented and dedicated instructors!
I am 80 years young and the STRIKE Studio is my favorite, very fun, class. I took the boxing class today. I have been going to One Life Fitness for over three years now. The instructor Julie, was great! You don't even realize you are working out because it is such a fun class.
I participate in the 6AM class on Mondays and Thursdays with Nate Pailen as the Coach/Instructor. It has gotten to the point where I don’t like to start my week unless I start it with his class. Nate always mixes it up, keeps us guessing and engaged. I never thought I’d ever run again and he has us running 2 laps on the top level! He plays a good mix of tunes too from old school hip-hop to classic ‘80s tunes with trivia added to boot. He’s the best - more folks should try the early am class - you won’t regret it.
Strike classes are awesome!! The instructors are knowledgeable and helpful. As a 64 year old woman I can say I’m in the best shape thanks to Coach Nate, Coach Julie, and Coach Matt!!!
Strike Studio is by far the best boxing gym in the area. The workouts and the trainings are great and I've learned so much from Coach Matt since attending classes. I've even started personal training sessions in order to become a better, more well-rounded boxer. I may not step in the ring but I feel like I'm really refining the craft and gaining better skills than what I had before. I highly encourage anyone to try them out!
