I took a kickboxing class recently and my wife and daughter came, too. It was top notch from beginning to end. Perfect Moves doesn't just show you what to do and let you train by yourself. They show you how, teach you how, and then personally take moments to work with you individually to help you polish the move. I love that kind of instruction!! It doesn't matter if you are a seasoned fighter, or know absolutely nothing...Perfect Moves is a great place to train!

Great gym with an old school feel, and a tremendous teaching curriculum. It is rarity to see traditional martial arts taught effectively with a modern MMA application, but Perfect Moves does that and more with their teaching of the ‘Blend’. Would recommend to all.

Ever since I joined I became more disciplined and learned what its like to be part of a community as well as learn martial arts from different knowledgeable coaches and individuals

I’ve been with PMMA for almost 5 and a half years and I’ve absolutely loved my training and the person I’m becoming. Traditional yet modern training takes your game to a new level. Been competing for 5 years and looking to turn professional soon.

Excellent instruction, in a old school feel gym. I've been practicing martial arts for nearly 20 years and Perfect Moves is one of the best spots in the Midwest.
