My daughter loves the kids fitness classes at JJ's Boxing. She is very timid and shy, but the coaches are so patient and friendly that my daughter asks to go back and do more classes! That has never happened before with any activity we have tried! She loves JJ and I really think this will help her gain confidence and help her not to be such a couch potato in the summer! I can't recommend these classes enough!

Best boxing gym I've ever been to the coaches are really nice with plenty of equipment and they are patient with beginners they will teach you everthing

My son really enjoyed this class. He said it was fun. He liked how he got to learn and have fun at the same time. Breaks were given frequently, if a child needed a little extra help on a technique it was given by the instructor. All the other children supported each other.
