Great classes! I’ve been training Muay Thai for a while and have been having a ton of fun here!
As a woman the thought of learning to strike and kick sounded intimidating but the Bang Muay Thai program is really great and D is the best instructor! D is always patient, positive, and encouraging; and he has a passion for teaching others. This facility is like my second home and everyone here has become family, it really is such a great place I always look forward to training and leave feeling uplifted.
I’ve been training in Bang Muy Thai under Coach D’s instruction since May of 2025 and I love it. The classes are fun, tiring, and inspiring. The Bang Muy Thai family at Gracie Post Falls grows larger each month and it’s no surprise. I wouldn’t want to train anywhere else in Kootenai county.
From day one this gym has been nothing but welcoming, supportive and filled with great energy. Coach Doniever sets the tone in the best way. He is really good adapting to everyone's skill level. Whether you are brand new or have been training for years. Doing so he also keeps energies high without feeling like its overwhelming. His ability to manage all that is what makes this class special to me.
The most comprehensive striking program I have ever seen, the classes are fast paced but still keep even the newest student engaged. The facilities are super clean and the staff are top notch.
