We have been looking for a sport for our neurodivergent little guy and found Gracie Jiu Jitsu. The instructors are super patient and kind and he had a blast. I was very happy to sign up for more classes and can’t wait to see where this new fun will take him. Thank you for what you do.

My son and I have been training here for 2 years now and have really enjoyed it. We started as a father-son activity when he was 5. My younger daughter has been watching her brother and excited to start herself. Now she's just joined and immediately loving her experience. She is bringing her focus and excitement to every session and her favorite part is the animal exercises that they have the kids do. She's proud to finally join her brother. The program develops kids physically, technically, and morally. Every 2 months the kids are given a character challenge which they practice with their parents. Once they've completed it they earn the next patch level. It's a very rewarding system for keeping kids engaged in training. This speaks to the greater benefits of Gracje jiu jitsu. Its not just about techniques or physical exercise it's also about family. This place is great for families who wan't train together and very quickly you'll feel part of the larger Gracie jiu jitsu family.

I brought my 6 year old son here for a trial and he had such a good time. The owners are amazing! They are meant to work with kids! It was kind, friendly, clean, organized, and so fun!! We can’t wait for another class, my son is currently sleeping in his Gi. 😂 10/10 recommend!

My daughter (4) and I have done 2 trial classes together and Gracie has done a great job at making her feel comfortable trying something new while also being firm in practice. I am confident this will be a great experience for her (and me!). I can’t wait to see all the valuable skills she will learn and carry with her later in life. Staff and front desk are also very friendly and helpful!

First class went well! Coaches were very encouraging to a shy first-timer. By the end of class my son was ready for the next one. Communication from the owners has been 5-stars.
