My kids enjoy going to sleeping lion martial arts every Tuesdays and Thursdays. When I watch all the kids in the class everyone enjoys every lesson that is being taught to him especially at the end of the day games. My kids learn so much and we are definitely going to continue my kisses class here. There are amazing martial arts Sensei here who teach kids important skills without them knowing that they're having fun with at the same time. I highly recommend this place.

This is the best martial arts school in Northern Arizona. My family and I researched and tried out other schools in Flagstaff before we found Sleeping Lion. Grand Master Wilson has developed a very holistic curriculum based around Hapkido. It's a very practical and effective system for real-world self defense. Best of all, Sleeping Lion has age-appropriate classes for everyone. My kids are in the youth program and are learning so much and having a great time. I've seen their skills develop and their self confidence has skyrocketed! Sensei Nina Wilson runs the youth programs and she is excellent! The adult classes are amazing. Both Master Nelson and Grand Master Wilson are superb instructors. They are very good at paying attention to the strengths and weaknesses of their students and working with each of them to achieve their goals. Both weapons and empty hand classes are interesting and jam-packed with useful teaching.

Our daughter has been taking classes at Sleeping Lion Martial Arts Studio for more than 7 years. She loves it there. The instruction in Martial Arts and the respect and other lessons taught provide a comprehensive experience that we find very valuable. I would highly recommend this studio for anyone seeking this experience. Especially for young children.

I love training at Sleeping Lion Martial Arts and so do my kids! The Wilson family's passion and dedication to the arts is inspirational. They really put their hearts into it. The facility is beautiful, clean and very spacious. We have enjoyed all that Sleeping Lion has to offer and highly recommend it!
