The Box is truly life-changing! I do movements and workouts I would never be able to do on my own and each one pushes me to my most powerful. I feel amazing afterward. Thank you for turning my lazy butt around!
Incredible way to get a workout in the middle of the day. Beautiful mix of cardio intensity and core strength. Highly recommended. I’ll be back for sure!

Visiting our family and had a great birthday workout. As a BK amputee always good to see a high intensity atmosphere with people willing to ask about adaptations. Excellent atmosphere, clearly welcoming to all new people.
