Visiting our family and had a great birthday workout. As a BK amputee always good to see a high intensity atmosphere with people willing to ask about adaptations. Excellent atmosphere, clearly welcoming to all new people.

I had so much fun taking this class! Being outside in Heritage Square made it even more exciting! The instructors, Sierra and Cierra, were so friendly and did an amazing job keeping everyone motivated. They are both excellent at what they do!! Their enthusiasm is contagious!! I smiled the whole time😃

What a fun ride -- the coaches were fantastic, fun and motivating. The community welcoming (it was my first time with this crew). I will be back for more riding -- it's worth the trip up north for!

I’ve been going to Sierra and Cierra’s (The Box owners) workout classes for years, and I only have positive things to say... They maintain a vibrant workout studio, make an effort to get to know you and your goals, care for the Flagstaff community, and most importantly, they provide a positive and uplifting energy to every workout class. You can tell that these two love their jobs and care about your well-being.
