Donnel is an amazing coach! He has the patience and skill to train all levels. He helped my son grow from a beginner boxer to becoming quicker, stronger, and faster, in a short amount of time. He even helped him to stay strong for other sports. The one-on-one sessions and group classes are both great—and the group classes are so fun, I’ve even joined them myself. Highly recommend Donnel for anyone wanting to learn boxing, go to the next level, or even get in shape.

My 15 year old son has been training here for a couple of years now and I highly recommend it. Donnel is very knowledgeable, encouraging and incredibly patient. He is a great fit for all ages and experience levels.

My experience with Donnel has been to say the least invigorating. I am 74 years old and I feel a hell of a lot younger. My wife and I started out his boxing training about a year and three months ago. It's a great workout for mind and body. His regimen changes for every workout. Great cardio and overall fitness. We enjoy his training so much that we have added kickboxing in recent weeks. He is truly a gifted and knowing trainer. He pushes you just enough and as you get better pushes more, keeping in mind your ability.

Definitely the best boxing coach and gym around. He is super knowledgeable and great at training beginners all the way up to advanced fighters. Coach Donnel is patient but will also push you to improve and give you the tools to refine your skills.

Mesa Boxing has been an amazing experience. Coach Donnel is knowledgeable, patient, and really focused on proper boxing fundamentals. The classes are structured, challenging, and welcoming whether you’re brand new or have experience. Great atmosphere and a solid boxing gym in Mesa. Highly recommend.
