After a year of weight training and cardio on my own I managed to lose 65+ lbs - however I plateaued and needed something else to shock the system. I’ve always wanted to try boxing and my experience here has been incredible and I’m excited for this next stage of fitness. I cannot recommend enough.

Everyone has been encouraging me to try boxing, and I saw that this place opened up in my neighborhood. I was a little bit apprehensive at first, but that's on me. This is the most welcoming and friendly environment of any gym that I have ever been to. I think the intellectual engagement is superb and it is not in any way boring. The classes fly by without any sense of dread. I tried one class and then immediately signed up for the unlimited classes and it is a very good deal. For the two days per week that I have to office near ASU, I am able to take my classes at the Scottsdale Gym for no extra charge, and that is a sign that they care about their members and are not nickel and diming them.

My husband and I took Steve's class at Onyx Gilbert and it was an excellent experience! We are members at the Scottsdale location, and we really enjoyed the Gilbert location as well. Onyx is the best boxing gym in the valley! Clean equipment, aqua bags, excellent trainers, and a great workout! It's great for both beginners and experts... featuring group classes, private training, weight training, and sparring. Highly recommend giving Onyx a try!

Onyx Boxing Gilbert is the best!! The coaches always bring the energy and really know what they’re doing when it comes to teaching boxing technique, taking you through an amazing workout, and making you feel like you belong in a great community. Very clean and nice gym, amazing coaches, and an overall welcoming atmosphere. If you have ever been interested in boxing or interested in getting an awesome workout, this is the place to be!!🌟
