This boxing gym is great. Right when when you walk in, you can feel the energy and passion for the sport. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and motivating too. They genuinely care about helping every member improve which is wha I was looking for. Even if you’re a complete beginner or an experienced fighter. The training is intense but it's smart. The environment is welcoming, and everyone pushes each other to be better which I love. It's clean, the equipment is solid, and the atmosphere feels like a real boxing family. I’ve gained confidence, discipline, and real boxing skills since training here. If you’re serious about boxing or even just fitness in general then this gym is 100% worth it for sure. Highly recommend.

this was my first boxing gym and i love it more than anywhere else ive been the coaches are top notch and provide an amazing atmosphere to learn and grow while also having fun.

I’m incredibly proud of what this gym stands for. It’s built on perseverance, passion, and a genuine love for teaching boxing. The owner went through a tough battle to get here, but never gave up. This gym is proof that doing things the right way matters. Highly recommend to anyone looking for real boxing with real values.

Small place but big atmosphere, the coaches grew up in Oneco literally a block from the location, giving back to the neighborhood is cool
