I wanted my account to be paused because I was temporarily moving but they instead kept charging me for four consecutive months. Then once I call and try to actually cancel, they charge me a cancellation fee because i cancelled 29 days before my next billing date 😂 haven’t been to the gym in four months and ive been charged like $80. Gym is fine but billing is horrible. No exceptions to their billing policies I guess

Solid gym, solid people! The staff is extremely kind and attentive! They’ve got all the machines, free weights, and stations to keep veterans and beginners satisfied. They’ve also got group classes and a brand new hot room! For the price you pay you’re getting triple your money’s worth! Can’t recommend this place enough!

Over the past 10 months I’ve been in constant frustration with Crunch about reimbursing me for a canceled membership. They make you send off a letter to a PO Box which they never are able to verify they receive and have continued to cause issues. Ive sent off 2x. I keep getting told that the matter will be fixed and that someone will reach out to me and nothing ever happens. I check in every 2 weeks or so, And they continues to disrespect me by ignoring what’s right. I have received a assistance from some nice employees, but it doesn’t change the way that business is conducted. Months after I stopped going there they had charged me $180 For some sort of an annual fee, and then claim that the most they can reimburse me for my difficulties, the last year with them was the amount of 2 months Membership. Which is a fraction of that charge let alone all the charges that have compiled. It shouldn’t be so difficult for a gym of that size to simply reimburse for all the months that they’ve charged someone when they apparently have notes on my profile and what not. I am overall very disappointed with my experience with crunch fitness. I’m so dumbfounded by the fact that a gym of this side is unable to resolve such a simple issue that has now grown into a larger one than necessary. I would not recommend you go here if you care about good customer service

Aryanna got me and my dad signed up and it was the best experience I think I’ve ever had signing up for a gym! She is the most customer friendly person I ever dealt with. She gave us a full tour of the facility and answered all our questions. Amazing experience!!!

I attend the gym regularly and pay for 5 memberships. I spoke with management about downgrading because we don’t frequent 3 gyms anymore. I filed the necessary paperwork and waited the required two weeks. I have paid the $20 fee one by one the change from $40 to $10 a month. corporate BS but i get it. Today I changed the last membership and THEY CHARGED $35 for the month we were just about to pay. Just petty business for a family of 5 regular customers of several years!!! I had to draw serious complaint to have the $20 downgrade fee waived - let’s do better Crunch. Great staff by the way!!!!! I love the gym itself!
