I miss coach and the group so much. Best experience of my life working with others. If I wasn't piss poor I'd be in there again. Coach has your back, whether you want to just get fit or become a good fighter. He is always honest too and doesn't fluff you off. Great personality to say the least and the last time I visit the gym just 2 months ago. It was completely upgraded and my jaw dropped. Love you coach!

Best decision I made in a long time was coming here. It's a very tight-knit, and welcoming gym. Erik and the other coaches are great leaders and teachers. Started with no formal training and I've come a long way in 6 months of consistent training. Just show up at 6PM on a weekday...
