Amazing team!
This place is the place to go if you want to learn how to box and/or get fit. If you want the "Authentic Rocky" vibe, this is it. Coach Marcus has been a friend for years and a coach for longer. He trains champions and people starting from day one. I can't recommend this place enough. Come by for a class and tell me you don't leave a better person with less stress.
Spoke to marcus briefly today about the women’s kick boxing classes! will definitely be trying those out!
