Gus is an amazing instructor for both kids and adults. Me and my daughter both attend his classes and couldn’t be happier The other Coaches there also are wonderful and knowledgeable!

I brought my 12yo to check the place out. Staff and students are polite and welcoming. Coach Mike is very good at teaching technique and working your kid out hard! I highly recommend.

By far the best martial arts gym in the area for all levels and ages. Truly a great atmosphere and energy to be in. A team of individuals trying to help everyone grow. If you’re looking to compete the head coaches have many years of knowledge with a strong lineage. If you just wanna see what it’s like you’ll fall in love with it. I promise you won’t regret stopping in. The Fightzone social media is also extremely responsive if you have any questions .

Great atmosphere. Very welcoming people. They offer a cardio class that will make you rethink pilates and have an excellent kids program. The 2 brothers running this place have a passion for teaching correctly and safely. Not only is it a great place to work out physically but it brings sense of mental accomplishment as well.

They are the only gym that offers the BJJ + boxing/kickboxing + fitness combination of classes. Plus the 2 brothers that run it are friendly, along with the students. I always leave sore. They mix up letting beginners practice technique with actual sparring which keeps it always fun. Also as a student, they're willing to negotiate pricing to accommodate my tight scheduled (buying classes instead of a month).
