They take their time to actually teach you how to box and it’s actually worth 10 stars it’s a great place I highly recommend if you want to learn how to box (Mason) Marcus and Chapelle are both class acts!

I attend 4 times a week and I have had great results. Also, it's a family friendly place,and I recommend this gym to any and everyone.

Great place to help men of all ages work to learn sbout Boxing and meet pro-Fighters that really have a story -The communty does not know what they have here-I got to met WBA Chsmp Pinklon Thomas there and many other great people

Trainers treat you like family. They make sure you train and learn the right way. Old school down to earth core boxing. they teach you to love the sport as a way of life. If you want it you get it, if you don’t want it you get hit. Love this place and great for beginners. Talk to Markus for personal training. One on one closed gym for a very affordable price. If you prefer to train with other people coach pops (Markus’ dad) runs the team training and makes sure he gets everyone on the mits multiple times. He produced multiple professional national ranked fighters so you can truly trust his word.
