If you want serious and intense workout CKO is the right place. Friendly inviroment, professional coaches, great energy. I've been a regular member for over 1 year now. Love it! Chris, Marie, Sofinator, Dainel, Gerardo, all of them are amazing!!!

The workouts are effective and super fun! I’ve seen a very significant change in my body and my mental health. Honestly my favorite part is the beautiful community that the owners Marie and Chris have created here. If you want to start your day with the best energy I suggest taking a class with Sofi or Dainel! They are both amazing!

Amazing boxing classes! They’re super dynamic, fun, and always keep you motivated to push yourself. The coaches are all incredibly friendly, professional, and supportive — they really care about your progress. I’ve been training at CKO Hollywood for three years now, and it’s been a game-changer. It may seem intimidating at first but the coaches genuinely get to know you, offer personalized attention, and push you to improve every single class. All of them are supportive, non-judgmental, give you the opportunity to go on your own pace and make everyone feel comfortable, no matter the level. Classes are small, fun and keep you motivated. I’ve seen real progress in my fitness since starting. If you’re looking for a place that cares about your growth, try out CKO, I can”t recommended it enough!!

I absolutely love this place! Starting out I felt a little nervous but the staff assures you the entire time and makes it truly feel like a community. Being at this gym has grown my confidence like never before. This gym is ran by the sweetest couple, Marie and Chris. They truly listen to your feedback to ensure you have the best experience at this place. If you want to feel like a badass, 10000% recommend. I’ve been there for over a year and never have I regretted my choice.
