Flaco’s gym by far one of the best boxing gyms around South Florida, from competitive and fitness classes. Coaches are very knowledgeable. Definitely recommended.

I absolutely love this gym. I came here to Hollywood, not knowing anybody not having any friends and had a deep hunger to wanna learn how to box. Right off the bat I loved Flaco‘s energy. He’s a straight shooter and an incredible coach! The gym itself is a real boxing gym. The classes are high energy, very intense and effective, but what really got me to stay is the community the people there are like family, Everybody’s there to get it in And the coaches make sure that you get to work out you need! Coming from New York having a background in working with martial arts gyms this is top three of the best Boxing gyms that I’ve been in probably the best in South Florida. If you want to learn how to box if you wanna blow off steam if you just wanna get a crazy workout or meet some incredible people in Hollywood, this is the spot to train!

If you’re looking for a boxing gym that truly pushes you—physically and mentally—this is the place. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, and every class brings something new to the table. I’ve been training here for seven months, and joining was the best decision I’ve made. It’s an old-school gym with a no-nonsense atmosphere, and I love it because the workouts are intense, challenging, and exactly what real training should be.

Flacos is hands down the best boxing gym in S. Florida. Whether you’re looking to stay fit or improve your boxing skills, Flacos coaches offer a wide variety of expertise and skill. Each workout is different and always 10 of 10!!!!!

I love this gym! The vibe, the coaches, and the equipment all give you that feeling that you are training as a real fighter would. I think it’s really cool how the heavy bags track the number of punches you throw. I have never seen that anywhere else and I work in group fitness. I have taught and trained in FL, NYC, and LA for 15+ years and what this gym is doing is awesome. It just feels real in a way that you don’t find everywhere. Whatever you are looking for as far as your boxing training goes is here. All ages and all fitness levels. There are no gimmicks, just awesome training. I will come train here as often as possible every time I am in town.
