Today was my very first class. The gym is good size, with the equipment that you need. The coach is real welcoming and nice. He worked everybody out at their own pace. You are mixed with beginners all the way to advanced. But I did not feel put of place. I didn't feel pressure to move at someone's else's pace, just my own. The coach is good at explaining things as well as showing you how to do it. You WILL sweat, you WILL be out of breath but YOU CAN DO IT. I really look forward to coming back here and see how I further progress. Gym is clean, they do have gloves and handwraps to rent $6 or purchase. Handwraps are $15, not sure about gloves. They accept cash and zelle, if you use a card it is an additional fee. They have various drinks for sale as well. Transportation is good to get here either by bus, Q32 or Q60 and also 7 train.

Took advantage of a promo they did for an unlimited month of boxing. The gym is super accessible by train. Literally across the street from a 7 station and a 5-10 minute walk from a bunch of others. All the coaches were patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. They made sure you understood the technique and never pressured to go faster or stronger without establishing the basics. All the equipment you need is available. I certainly noticed improvement in the 4 weeks I attended and would recommend anyone looking to compete or to just benefit from the conditioning to check them out. My shoulders have never looked better!
This facility is awesome. It has a great vibe and the owner is really down to earth. I would highly recommend this place!!!!

I recently joined this boxing gym . The trainers are knowledgeable and push me to work harder with each session. The atmosphere is intense and motivating, with everyone focused on their own goals. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the equipment is top-notch. Overall, I highly recommend this boxing gym to anyone looking to improve their boxing skills and coach nelson is a knowledgeable coach.
Great coach! Great gym! Had a great workout/lesson. Great coach/instructor: Coach Nelson is very detail oriented, thorough and very patient. He's extremely approachable and really helps you push yourself. He does a great job building the foundation to boxing and then adds onto that! Highly recommend
