If you leave the state they won't let you cancle I will never use this gym again. They dont answer the phone. We live in the day of the internet. No reason why I have to writht a letter to cancle this is bs After many email they did cancel my membership. Thank you. Corporation need better customer service. I am happy they did end up helping. Thank you. So I will change my one start to a 5 thanks

Buyer: please be aware that cancelling your crunch membership requires a 30-day in-person notice. I signed up for Crunch membership February 2025. My last check-in was August 11, 2025. Despite my inactivity, Crunch has been charging me monthly for the last 7 months. Crunch does not allow you to cancel your membership online. On Wednesday, May 13, 2026, I went in person to cancel my membership. When I got there, Hunter, the general manager, told me that customers must provide a 30-day notice before cancelling their membership. Because of this policy, I would have to pay my monthly fee before cancelling my membership. This is even though I had just paid my monthly fee for the month of May on Monday, May 11th, and they had charged me double for the month of April on the 13th. Hunter said this was part of the initial contract I had signed in February of 2025. When I asked him to show me the contract because I’d like to see the clause that requires 30-day in person notice of cancellation, he said his system was down, and he couldn’t pull up my contract. He suggested I look for it in the app. When I pulled up the app to look for the contract, it said Sorry! The page you are looking for cannot be found. Either something went wrong or the page doesn't exist anymore. Please check the URL to make sure the path is correct. Contact us if you can't find what you're looking for. If you are attempting to download your contract and are getting an error, we are unable to do so online at this time. Please Visit your home club to get a copy. When I looked through my email, I found an email from February of 2025 with the subject line “Your new agreement,” but my allegedly signed agreement was NOT attached. Crunch has never provided me with a signed contract and refused to allow me to cancel without showing up in person to pay for next month’s subscription. I had to rely on Hunter’s word that these are just the way things are, and I had to pay next month’s fee so I could avoid continuing to get charged monthly. Fla. Stat. 559.3904 governs all contracts of membership in Florida. Subsection (1) says, “A copy of a member’s contract, with all blank spaces filled in, shall be delivered to the member at the time the contract is signed.” My contract was never delivered to me nor was it provided to me when I requested it. I don't have access to the terms I agreed to, and I can't determine whether it statutorily complies with the requirements. Fla. Stat. 559.3903(3) says, “Cancellation shall be without liability on the part of the member. The member will be entitled to a total refund, within 10 days after notice of cancellation is given, of the entire consideration paid for the contract.” It has been within 10 days of my notice of cancellation, I am entitled to a total refund. I will mail a copy of this to the PO Box that Hunter provided me with and I've submitted a copy of this review to the BBB and FTC. I am only writing this review, so others can be aware of their rights. You are entitled to a copy of your contract and you should be aware that the supposed “policy” of this particular location is to require a 30-day in person notification of cancellation of your membership.

I had to take a moment to recognize Juan Melgarl because he truly stands out. From the second you walk in, he’s professional, welcoming, and genuinely cares about the experience of everyone in the gym. He’s always working hard, always present, and consistently goes above and beyond in both customer service and overall professionalism. What really impressed me is how well he balances everything—helping members, keeping things running smoothly, and bringing a positive, down-to-earth attitude every single day. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and it shows. Management should absolutely take notice—Juan is the kind of person you want representing your business. He’s reliable, driven, and already operating at a level well beyond his role. A true asset to the team.

This gym is super complete and is being expanded even more. Michael is an amazing personal trainer who always found ways to encourage me, challenge me, and provide the training I needed. When I started, I had an injury in one leg. He helped me strengthen it and I forgot about any pain in a few months. I learned so much from him. I am forever grateful for having learned so much about working out and nutrition. All trainers must be very good at this gym but I can speak about how amazing Michael is.

This gym is very well equipped with a lot of new equipment including the latest treadmills. Everything you could possibly need. The locker room is spotless and the showers very clean with soap dispensers. There is plenty of free parking. The staff is helpful and friendly. There is a sauna and an outside workout area.
