Awesome atmosphere! Has mats, an octagon, workout equipment, free weights, BJJ classes, women's group workouts and privates with female instructors, strength and conditioning coach and one on one personal training for weight training or fight training. This place has everything you need.

Difficult locating someone to talk to in person, however, they have a nice small set up for people who want to practice MMA or workout locally. Trainers seem helpful and respectful, and also try to help when there isn’t other personnel to assist.

I came in train while on vacation. I would definitely train here if I lived in Oahu. Tammy is one of the jiu-jitsu instructors; she is extremely kind and a driven athlete. The facility is pretty large and has everything to train MMA. On-site showers and even an LMT(massage). They practice good sanitation as well.

Great spot. I only got to stop in once to train while visiting Honolulu. I met Russell, who set me up to train for the day. He was getting ready for a fight at the time and still very friendly. Looking forward to stopping back in to train next time I'm in town.

My son trains there for kids Jiu Jitsu and loves it. I just started the kickboxing class and love it. Equipment and instruction is top notch.
