They hold a yearly Xfit competition here and it is ELECTRIC! They have a great community and sound equipment. Also, the coach that day had a bomb playlist
This gym is great! Outstanding coaches, workouts, people and equipment! A very welcoming environment, they even have a room for kids to play in while you attend class.
The staff is extremely welcoming and ready to help you meet your goals. The facility has three separate areas for all all levels along with the regular group classes. The members and staff will make you feel at home and apart of the family.
