I’ve worked with REVO for my programming as well as attended classes at the gym and I can’t say enough good things about Mike and his team. I’m a mountain ultra runner, business owner and mom, and they have helped me feel my strongest and most athletic. I’ve PR’d more lifts and I am running faster at 36 than I was at 26!! I’ll be a client for life! Thank you REVO.

The older I get the more I care about avoiding injuries—in the mountains and in the gym. Revo has given me a place where I can push myself physically, but with the guidance of trainers who teach and tweak movements to make sure I maximize my time in the gym without getting hurt. Revo has also provided an invaluable outlet for managing stress. I show up tired and mentally drained after a long day of work and I don’t have to think about what exercises to do. It’s all laid out for me. I always leave feeling better and stronger, both mentally and physically.

Revo has been an incredible place to train! I have been doing thier semi-private lessons for over two years now. I started needing to rehab plantar fasciitis and not only is that completely better, I am in the best skiing, gravel biking and climbing shape of my life. I preform great in my activities and recover faster from my outdoor activities because of the strength base I have from Revo. Revo is incredible to work with! Bobby, Mariah and Nate are helpful, insightful but will let nothing slide and keep me on track! Thier facility is full of any equipment you need including sleds! The set up of booking a time slot keeps gym numbers low enough that you are never waiting for a piece of equipment!

I joined this gym a little over a year ago and have been very happy with the trainers, the programming, and fellow gym mates. I didn't come to the gym knowing a single person and every single day I am blessed with a room full of people who are always welcoming and kind. There's a mixture of elite athletes, hard core recreationists, mature folks looking for strength and balance, and just average people trying to stay strong and capable. I have never felt out of place, which I think can be a limiting factor for a lot of people looking for a gym. Throughout my life, I've had my share of injuries (SI joint dysfunction for example) and have gone through all of the typical fixes for my issues, the PT and chiropractor were helpful but I was never able to get rid of my problems. I started to notice my body changing dramatically after being thrown onto menopause in my 30s after some unexpected health issues. My muscles and ligaments started to feel "wrong" and my previous issues were constantly nagging. I used to love trail running and had to stop. I found myself complaining quite often and not being able to address anything effectively on my own at home. I finally got tired of the situation and started looking for a gym that offered some structured guidance. I searched the Internet high and low, reached out to multiple places in town for quotes and schedules, and decided on Revo. I initially joined RevoFit, which is the group class 3x weekly. I was immediately welcomed to the crew and the coaches blew my mind. 3 months later, I joined SemiPrivate training which allowed me to continue with group but also have an evaluation and get a plan for 2x weekly that was made just for me. Callie is so intelligent and was able to identify a lot of my imbalances almost immediately. She created a plan that gave me a good foundation to build on and then it started to progress she change over time as I became stronger and more confident in my body mechanics. Throughout the last year, I have been humbled quite frequently but have come so far. My muscles no longer feel like they are withering away, and my energy, sleep, and hot flashes have improved significantly. The coaches have always been able and willing to modify for my needs when challenges have come along, like a broken finger for example. I grew up playing sports and have never in my life had this kind of coaching. These guys make me want to show up. One coach even left me an encouraging note in my binder one day, words can't describe what that meant to me. There is something truly special about the mindset at Revo. Mike and Callie are high level thinkers and I am so grateful to have a team like this supporting me. Revo is so much more than "just a gym".
