Great gym for the college student or anyone on campus who needs a space to exercise. This facility contains a full weightroom, with machines and freeweights. In addition, there is a full cardio room downstairs. There is a large basketball court, yoga/fitness classrooms, tennis rooms, and rock wall climbing. The staff is always friendly and able to help when needed. The locker rooms are great, with rentable lockers, showers, restrooms, and a sauna. Rules are generally respected here, so there is no worry about unpleasant behavior. It is really easy to access, located on campus, making it easy to go to the gym between classes. Overall, it was a great gym that I have gone to for the past four years.

It's clean, well lit and friendly. They had just about every kind of workout machine that you would want here, all of the weights that anyone would want, a basketball court, a running track, and a large. My only complaint is that all of the weights are in units of 10, so if you want a 15lb or 25lb dumbbell or barbell, you'll need to grab 20lb or 30lb instead.

Very much caters to the fresh out of high school set of students, not much thought to graduate students, non-traditional, profs, etc. Very unwelcoming and unfriendly to parents. Solid as far as equipment availability, decent indoor track above the basketball courts where you’ll often find folks running the wrong direction. Obnoxious frat bros dropping extremely heavy weights on the upper level while you warm up on the lower level, seemingly shaking the entire building, despite the signs that say not to drop the weights. I’ve never noticed anyone enforcing that, though they will tell you that you can’t possibly have one parent carry your one year old while the other works out and then switch. Ditto for running on the track while carrying a baby. Dropping weights, not wiping down equipment, and other obvious violations are fine, but parents are definitely not welcome. If you go downstairs you can sometimes find a quiet place to do yoga or use the punching bag, though honestly I’d rather just do yoga at home.

Good gym, has 3 stories to it, just so crowded at times. Nice to zone out on the bicycling machines. I used to love sitting in the sauna room down in the girls locker room, but not sure if it has opened since Covid.

Really great place to work out as a student, there's tons of machines to exercise any part of your body, both upstairs and down with a basketball court, track, and pool to be active in any way you choose. There's also always people who can answer any questions you have and can be personal trainers if you sign up. It's so accessible to campus and it's a wonderful venue.
