A few times a year I come through Louisville, and every time I visit this gym specifically. Clean, uncluttered facility. Fantastic, careful instruction, often from aspiring fighters, it seems. Great atmosphere. Service and smiles are prompt and authentic energy, i.e. none of that saccharine smiley "girl, you are crushin' it" talk. Can guess from the diverse clientele that people of all backgrounds feel safe to train there. Absolutely recommend this place.

Absolutely love it! The trainers are really good and they actually give full attention to everyone's posture and techniques. The management is very supportive and helpful as well. I enjoy each and every class I attend.

I have been testing out work out classes all over this city and title boxing is by far, my favorite. I have taken a few classes with different instructors and all of them are awesome - They are encouraging and give a lot of individual attention. Great work out and such a fun class. The gym is clean. I don’t have any issue getting into classes a few days in advance and there are evening options for after work. I could not recommend this spot more!
