I’m new in town, but this gym is exactly what you’d hope for. The atmosphere is welcoming, the people are friendly, and the equipment is top-notch. It offers both outdoor and indoor workout areas, which is a great bonus. Don, the owner, is incredibly attentive. Highly recommend!

Pictures do not do it justice. Great gym if you actually want to build muscle and get strong. Good atmosphere to drive performance. Power rack and squat rack built to handle weight. Large selection of free weights and machines. All employees are very helpful. Mr. Don is very brilliant when it comes to sports physiology. He is a great guy. While I'm at work my wife goes there alone and I have complete peace of mind about her safety. First off because Mr Don wouldn't allow any inappropriate behavior, 2nd, everyone I've had interactions with there are there to work out. Equipment is very well taken care of. Best gym in Alexandria hands down. I've been to many gyms working off and this gym is still my favorite. If you are looking for a gym, this is the one. If you have a gym already, this should still be the one. (And the nonsense that the one person said In his review about how the owner rushed him off of the equipment, was probably because he was sitting on a piece of equipment texting or taking selfies. Some people do not understand gym etiquette.)

Man, I WISH I had found this gym earlier. I am here on a work trip for almost 2 months and this is THE gym. I wish there were more gyms like this in Miami. As soon as you walk in, just ambience alone makes you want to work out! Great gym!

Great atmosphere, good old school equipment, front desk girl was very polite! Can’t beat the $5 day pass fee where most gyms are charging $20+ for a day pass

This place is awesome, and has everything you could need! Im just visiting from out of town, but Don saw me come in and introduced himself right away and was extremely welcoming! The equipment is great, the environment is friendly, and I would absolutely recommend this place to all family and friends!
