You want everything under one roof for far prices. Athletic Club has in door pools, walking track, spar, weight rooms, weight machines, electric bikes, treadmills all, kinds of exercise classes, and water aerobics classes. They offer a Summer Camp for kids too. They have a Subway there should you want lunch after your workout.

Great gym. Plenty of free weights, machines, and cardio machines. Nice powerlifting area. Friendly staff. Clean bathrooms.

good equipment. lots free weight. machines have good range of motion. xross fit type area available.
