I’ve been a member here for several years, and have really enjoyed my experience. Also, lately I’ve noticed a significant improvement in the quality of the staff and the leadership being provided to them. Gym is sparkling clean, lighting is bright (no burned out bulbs in fixtures), and various repairs are being done promptly and in a quality manner. 5 stars. Highly recommend! Congratulations to the leadership and staff for creating a high quality workout environment - keep up the great work!

I absolutely loved this gym. It was perfect in every way. I was doing personal training until my personal trainer left. I was seeing him specifically because we were doing boxing. I canceled my membership. I continued to get charged for personal training. Then went to cancel the personal training that i was getting charged for. THEN i got charged AGAIN for personal training because apparently the first person just froze the account. They didn't give a refund and scheduled me with another personal trainer to make up for my charges (from after i canceled). Which doesn't really help me considering I moved.

I cannot recommend Crunch Fitness Baton Rouge enough! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by an incredibly friendly and welcoming staff that actually makes you look forward to your workout. They are always helpful and create such a positive, high-energy environment. One of the biggest standouts for me is the cleanliness. The facility is consistently spotless—the equipment is well-maintained, the locker rooms are tidy, and you can tell the team takes great pride in keeping the space hygienic. It’s rare to find a high-traffic gym that stays this clean throughout the day.

LOVE Crunch!!! Recently switched over from being with SNAP for awhile. I literally drive 25 minutes every day because it’s so worth it to me!!! Staff is so friendly. Phil, the manager, always goes above + beyond to settle any issues - which means a lot to me as a multi business owner. Other staff like Skye + Layne deserve all of the praise as well!!! Literally some of the sweetest girls I have ever met. I love coming to Crunch because it’s such a great mental break for me. I get to bring my 2 small kids that I have 80% of the time into the daycare and get a great workout in & also utilize the tanning beds. The cleanliness in this place is unreal! I give 5 stars across the board. I feel like this place is honestly such a hidden gym for our area.

Let my tell you a little bit about my gym! I've been going to crunch for 3 years now religiously.. the STAFF are absolutely AMAZING! The friendliest group of people I've honestly ever met.. it doesn't feel like I'm going to the gym it feels like I'm coming home. The impact these people have had on my life is unmatched and I honestly don't know if they really even realize that! Hands down the best gym I've been to and I've been to plenty of them! Just go sign up... you won't regret it!
