An Unforgettable Experience at Bully Jiu-Jitsu I had the amazing opportunity to train at Bully Jiu-Jitsu while staying in the U.S. as the owner’s exchange student from Austria, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences of my life. From day one, everyone at the gym made me feel welcome — the atmosphere is friendly, respectful, and full of people who genuinely love jiu-jitsu. The coaching is top-notch, combining technical precision with real attention to each student’s progress. Whether it was drilling fundamentals or rolling during open mat, I learned something valuable every single day. The team here truly embodies what martial arts should be about: discipline, community, and constant growth. I’m incredibly grateful for everything I learned and for the friendships I built along the way. I’m an out of state purple belt who stopped in Bully Jiu Jitsu while visiting family. They have some outstanding jiu jitsu practitioners. All the members were friendly guys and gals who really gave safe and effective rolls. The owner Josh was very approachable and made me feel welcome. I highly recommend stopping in if you’re in the area. If you’re local, strongly consider making Bully BJJ your home. I look forward to coming back in the future.
