I’ve been trying to find my mojo for a long time to stay committed to the gym. The staff here is committed, kind and patient; which has encouraged me to keep pushing my limits. They truly understand my needs and adjust to them week to week and I’m finally seeing results. This gym is changing my life. And I’m grateful every time I visit.
