My 2 daughters have been going here for about 3 years so far and we love it! It definitely helped improve additude problems with them, too. My oldest has been doing the competitions up in Rangley and we love watching her grow here. My son, who is only 2, will definitely be joining once he is old enough. Chris, the instructor, has taken my daughter under his wing and shows up to all of her competitions and supports her in her goals. Thank you for giving the kids a wonderful outlet and new friends!

I have been training with Black Bear for 3 1/2 years now and love the facility as well as the atmosphere that they foster. Such an incredible community of people who want to see you be and do your best in all aspects of life. Come check them out!

I've really enjoyed the time I've spent at Black Bear. My whole family participates in the gym in some way and we always look forward to spending time here. The coaches are a wealth of experience and knowledge and genuinely want to see your success, whether you train competitively or personally. Each coach is highly skilled in their discipline and will always push you towards improvement. I would recommend to everyone interested in combat sports to come in and check out their new location!

At 40 I struggled to find something I can be passionate about. I tried Black Bear and loved it immediately. They fostered an atmosphere of growth, and a sense of community. My daughters joined and now we have grown closer through learning Jiu Jitsu. The kids classes are amazing, and if getting in shape is your goal, I have lost almost 60 pounds ( doing what I enjoy). If your on the fence, just try one class. You will be amazed!!!
