United Fitness is by far one of the best gyms in central Maine. It is well supplied with useful equipment, it’s always clean and gives me 24/7 access so I can workout at my convenience. I’ve been going to United Fitness for 12 years and appreciate the owner Ryan and his staff iare personable and professional. I’m grateful that United Fitness continues to be a resource for my fitness goals.

I love going to this gym, people are always cheerful and pleasant both staff and patrons. A lot of room to meet everyone’s needs with no real waiting for equipment.

I’ve had an awesome experience at United Fitness. The facility is always clean, the equipment is well maintained, and the atmosphere is motivating from the moment you walk in. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything you need. What really stands out is the community and energy in the gym — it’s a place that makes you want to keep showing up and pushing yourself. Whether you’re just getting started or have been training for years, United Fitness is a great environment to work toward your goals. Highly recommend!

Clean facility with equipment that is well maintained. Location in Winthrop is a plus. I did the weekly rate as not from this neck of the woods, and I thought very reasonably priced so I’d recommend highly to anyone in town for a short time.

I’ve been out of a gym for way too many years. I signed up with United Fitness with my silver sneaker program and so enjoy the gym. It has a nice community feel and people are generous with their knowledge of fitness. It’s my go to place a couple times a week. It’s a great vibe and perfect way to start your day. And Luna the house dog makes it even better. Five star place
