This has been my go-to for years when I need to train for strongman. The owners are BEYOND friendly and accommodating. I can't recommend this gym enough!

I had to get back to a place of taking care of myself. Gina was so supportive and welcoming (while offering other ideas for resources) to help me get back on track. I am still on the journey but I am appreciative that I have found a gym that is welcoming, supportive and meets my fitness needs. Also the class offerings vary so much it does not add stress to my current schedule. The variety also makes it possible to get a work out in.

Had a very pleasant conversation with the owner Gina recently after having a very poor experience with another local gym. While the offerings in place weren't exactly in line with my own needs, Gina provided a great recommendation for another local gym that definitely did meet my needs, and we discussed some possible future strongman training. It was very clear from talking to her that she is incredibly well qualified in strength and conditioning coaching/training, so I'm super excited to learn from her in the future.

If you are looking to feel healthy, strong and to become part of a true community with your fitness journey, this is the place! I have never felt so welcome and been treated with such care and respect as I have at Gevolution. A truly wonderful place with amazing energy! Well, I'm now over a year and a half in and I couldn't feel any better about myself. I love the creativity of the workouts, never having the same thing in each class...but keeping it functional and real. They teach you to listen to your body but to challenge yourself. The support system is beyond amazing and this is truly a family atmosphere! These coaches are top notch.

Rick and Gina are great folks. Tried GEvolution for the first time yesterday...a Sunday...when they were closed. They were both personally there, not only to open the doors, but to provide us fantastic feedback/tips/advice/encouragement on our strongman training (me and a couple friends did set this up a few days in advance, to be clear, but still, to come in on their off day to help us, you can't beat that service!). Rick did mention that they're going to be working to put together an "open gym" plan in the future, but regardless of your needs/goals, this place fits the bill 100%. They have a TON of classes that are very reasonably priced for the support you're getting. Awesome people, very nice variety of equipment, and just a great all-around environment to workout in!
