I Love this place. Great people, great energy, awesome classes that are both fun and extremely educational. I recommend coming here to anyone that wants to make a positive change in their life.

Professor Brock is extremely helpful and a great teacher. I was a bit nervous to start BJJ but everyone has been exceptionally welcoming. Classes are never overcrowded so you don't feel left out. The teachers are very encouraging and always have time to show you the proper techniques. I can see my family and I training here for a long while.

I am new to the area and have been a fan of Brock Larsons for many years. He is an excellent role model and instructor who cares about his students and their personal achievements. I would highly recommend taking classes if only for routine and discipline.
