Cindy, Charlie, and the coaches run a solid operation to train athletes. Tuesdays&Thursdays most of the time are sparring session days. Monday,Wednesday, and Fridays routine: Warm up, mitt work sessions, intense heavy bag drills, light workout in the strength&conditioning room, and finish off with a few rounds of group ringwork before we get sent home for the night, but they have an awesome dedicated weight lifting room if a boxer wanted to put in the extra work. The most excellent brand new treadmills are spaced out as well. Many different types of folks have found the place an area to train, the handful who compete in the events usually do well when they do. In the photos posted are my nephew Trenton sparring with an experienced amateur boxer named Tyson. The younger child doing mitt work with coach Donnie is my other nephew Trentons little brother Morgan. If you want to compete and become a boxer, walk inside the gym an take a left to talk with Cindy in her office. She is very knowledgeable, and the club President. Highly respected local gym. Coach Donnie is hilarious and Coach Eric is awesome as well. Golden Glove T shirts are iconic.
