Jiu jitsu has been such an amazing experience for my kids. The discipline, teamwork, respect, and strong values they’ve gained at Gracie United go far beyond the mat. Watching them grow in confidence and character through this sport has been so rewarding!

The best extracurricular activity I could have chosen for my son. Not only does he learn self defense; exercise, discipline, manners and friends came as a package deal. The owners are outstanding and really care about the well being of the kids. Check out the free classes and decide for yourself!! 🤗

I cannot say enough kind words and give praise to such a great martial arts program like Gracie United-South BR. The environment is set up for success regardless of age or skill coming in. There are multiple coaches at each class that observe and are willing to help assist kids as they learn and practice the skills for the week. Professor Chef, Professor Piper, and Coach Ellis are truly there for the kids to not only teach them Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, but to instill discipline and remind them that hard work pays off.

Chef and Piper are two of the most wonderful people I’ve had a chance to meet. They have created a gym that not only challenges my son to work hard, but shows him how to be kind, respectful, and honorable. The familial environment has given him confidence, and a place that he feels he belongs. I recommend this gym a million times over!!

We have 4 kids doing class at least twice a week. All of the coaches are great with the kids and are helping teach discipline and respect. We would definitely recommend !
