We have been training at this gym for decades! I fought here, so did my son-in-law, and all of my girls, since they were kids, have trained here. This is real authentic kickboxing!

I was on the road from Chicago looking for a guest gym -- not only is Russell a great teacher but the students are all high caliber fighters. You could not ask for a better home-away-from-home place to train.

My son really enjoys training with Russell Jones. He likes the atmosphere. It's old school which was exactly what we were looking for. Prices are not too bad either. It's very laid back. I'm glad we chose to train here.

I have been twice and want to keep on going, Russell Jones is a very honest man and the attention you get with him at this gym is unmatched. It reminds me of a private lesson even when there are multiple students he seems to always have focus for you and always be helping, you are never waiting on him. Its a killer workout, at an old fashioned gym run by an amazing martial artist.
