Most of the instructors here are great, but I’m extremely unsatisfied with their business model & customer service. Be sure to read your membership policy before agreeing. You will be charged for 3 months minimum whether you cancel or not. The manager isn’t very personable & seems to only care about upselling products/classes & monthly billing.

Great atmosphere and great classes. You'll learn the fundamentals of boxing and get a good workout at the same time. Highly recommend!

My son has been transformed. His self esteem is much higher. Love this place. The instructors are amazing and treat my son like a Champ.

The training is incredibly well-structured—whether you're a complete beginner or more advanced, you’ll get something out of it. The attention to detail in teaching form and movement is impressive, and there’s always a strong emphasis on safety and discipline. On top of that, the workouts are just fun—challenging, but super rewarding.

I was initially nervous about the class having little to no experience with boxing in general. The instructors were amazing and I became very comfortable with the equipment and flow of classes very quickly. This was a very welcoming environment for all skill and fitness levels. The exercises are friendly to all levels but regardless of your fitness level this was a great workout.
