My 6 year old son Ryker has been coming to classes for a couple of months now. The owner/instructor, Blue, is just fantastic. He is great with the kids, and teaches a lot of self-defense and respect, while making it fun. Ryker just earned his first stripe yesterday and was so proud. The hours are convenient and the price is extremely reasonable. We feel fortunate to have found this studio as an extra-curricular for our son. The lounge area for visitors is pretty comfortable, too. If you have been looking for an activity for your family, I highly recommend that you come in and see. The first class is free.

Went today as a complete newbie and was immediately welcomed. Such a fun, informative class. Blue and Jenn are great teachers. Will definitely be back! Thank you for making me feel so safe and supported!

Great space for learning self defense through BJJ and other arts. Blue is a real world experienced self defense coach who loves to teach others and is incredibly patient and helpful to everyone no matter their prior experience. The community is great and our son loves it here. Come join us on the mats!
